Who Can Apply

Open to motivated South Africans.

MSA learnerships are available to unemployed South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, including persons living with disabilities.

Once you submit your application, our team reviews your details. If you meet the eligibility criteria you will be contacted for the next step. MSA does not charge any application fees — if anyone requests payment, report it immediately.

Not enrolled in another SETA-funded learnership at the same NQF level

The Process

What happens after you apply.

1. Submit your application

Complete the form below with your personal details, education history, and required documents. The process takes around 10 minutes.

2. Initial review

Our team reviews your application against current programme requirements. You will receive feedback via SMS or email within a few business days.

3. Pre-training assessment

Shortlisted applicants are invited to complete a pre-training assessment to match you to the programme most suited to your profile.

4. Programme placement

Once matched, you will receive a placement offer with full programme details, start date, stipend information, and onboarding instructions.
